What We Do
So what exactly is Laptop Friday?
Founded in August 2010 by Belinda Wilson & Jonathan Pollinger, we host weekly meetups every Friday at local venues around the UK, helping people to meet other likeminded individuals to work and socialise. Our mission is to combat the isolation of working from home.
Whether you’re a freelancer, a small business owner or an employee who works from home, everyone’s welcome.

Cafe 3 Sixty
Cafe 3 Sixty is a local independent cafe, bar and restaurant based in Bovey Tracy, Devon. Warm, relaxed and welcoming to everyone and particularly great for cyclists with our indoor and outdoor bike parking, on-site cycle workshop and fantastic location on the edge of Dartmoor. hand:plant is a local gallery/coffee shop/house plant retailer based in Ilfracombe, North Devon. “Born of a passion for plants, art, plant-based baking and a decent cup of coffee!”

The Sober Parrot
The Sober Parrot is a local cafe based in the heart of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. They are charity-run and owned and operated by The Nelson trust, which works with people affected by addiction.
